Terms & Conditions:
For all purchased made, the product price and the delivery price must be paid or opt to pay only the product price with in store pick-up option. All Nonine Holdings products are brand new and are manufactured under proper quality assurance.
1 year manufacturing warranty will be provided for all items purchased.
All deliveries are handled by Nonine Holdings with registered professional courier service providers in Sri Lanka. Delivery fees for selected items will be displayed on the check-out page prior to payments. Charges vary as per the weight of the products, and delivery location. All deliveries island-wide are done with 2-5 working days, based on normal operational procedures of the country.
Order Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Order cancellation requests must be made prior to the confirmation of the delivery date by Nonine Holdings. Full refund will be made excluding 3% bank transaction fee from the full amount paid within 7-14 working days.
