Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery fees for selected items will be displayed on the check-out page prior to payments. Charges vary as per the weight of the products, and delivery location.

How long will delivery take?

All deliveries island-wide are done within 2-5 working days, based on normal operational procedures of the country.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Order confirmations will be sent to your email address. A representative from Nonine Holdings will contact you to reconfirm the order and delivery details.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Once the product is delivered an invoice will be provided along with the warranty.

How does warranty work?

All products are provided with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. Any manufacturing defects of the products will be replaced and repaired free of charge within the warranty time period.

Any damages or parts replacement after the warranty time period is also handled by Nonine Holdings with relevant charges for the services provided.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Any changes or cancellations to the order must be made before confirming delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Contact Nonine Holdings as soon as possible, the item will be replaced.
